Prosper Health LLC offers a structured Partial Hospitalization Program for adolescents who need intensive day treatment but not 24 hour inpatient care. We serve youth with eating disorders, trauma, PTSD, substance use, anxiety, and mood disorders in a safe, uplifting space that partners closely with families and schools.
Our team combines therapy, skills practice, nutrition, and academic support so teens can stabilize and build momentum at home, at school, and in the community. Families are active partners throughout care, with regular check ins and coaching.
